"As parents, we should not take ourselves too seriously. Let your children see through your eyes and smile how much joy they bring you", Barbara said in an interview. Through teaching, coaching and modeling parenting skills Barbara supports parents in enjoying their children and not being so tied up with the outcome of what a child is going to become (a football player, famous pianist, ballet dancer, artist, lawyer, doctor….). Barbara says: “The parent is the primary role model for the child. Live what you want them to be (honest, happy, healthy, loving, caring, aware, spiritual….) and let them know everyday that you love them.”
